Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove VMailMerge access and request deletion of associated service data.

Remove campaign data from Google Sheets

Delete the VMailMerge campaign-status and tracking values from your spreadsheet, or delete the spreadsheet itself. Google Drive controls retention and trash recovery for spreadsheet files.

Revoke Google account access

  1. Open your Google Account.
  2. Go to Security → Your connections to third-party apps and services.
  3. Select VMailMerge or VMM Mail Merge Pro.
  4. Choose to remove access.

Revoking access prevents the service from accessing new Google account data unless you authorize it again.

Uninstall the add-on

Open Google Workspace Marketplace, locate VMailMerge in “Manage apps,” and select Uninstall.

Request deletion of service records

Email vmm@vmailmerge.com with the subject “VMailMerge Data Deletion Request.” Send the request from the Google account associated with VMailMerge so ownership can be verified.

Include the account email address and, if relevant, the campaign identifier. Do not include passwords, API keys, or recipient-list contents. We will confirm the request and delete eligible service-controlled records, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Deleting service-controlled records does not automatically delete files stored in your own Google Drive or Sheets. You control and must delete those files separately.
